Super poor to no service, fresch and snippy, ordered a washing machine, computer super slow, the order took almost 1 hour, the card reader didn't work, had to go to the lower department to checkout ... I wouldn't be surprised when it was over with Galeria Kaufhof will soon be in Aachen ... or friendly, helpful staff will be hired.

Clean, well sorted, great brands, but saleswoman seems to be a dying profession. You rarely find one.

Everything open and beautiful city also for walking.

The shop itself is very good 👍. However, there is WATER in the DISINFECTANT dispenser, which is misleading and does not disinfect !!

A shopping gallery where you can buy a lot. I always enjoy shopping when we are in Germany.

No adapted service in times of corona.Very unfriendly treatment on 31/7/20 (on éste lauder), in galeria people are hired knowledgeable not people who drive you away because they felt it was more necessary not to come and help but talking to her friends is a pity.

As a small child, the Kaufhof was, for me, the largest department store in the world .... With small children's eyes, such a large, department store looks even bigger than it actually is. But that's exactly what I remembered Kaufhof, and that was over 60 years ago .... Kaufhof became Galeria Kaufhof, and now things will certainly change again .... The main thing is that Kaufhof will continue to exist .... Even today we go to every department we visit to visit this department store ... my wife had always received 10% vouchers from the Galeria Kaufhof, so it was worth shopping in the department store, much more than now, now we are actually buying only special offers in the Kaufhof, but we have been customers of today's Galeria department store for decades ..... My men's shopping in today's Galeria Kaufhof has been all variations for decades. The fragrance "Gainsboro - G-man" .... My wife had given me this men's scent as aftershave, decades ago, I have remained true to this scent, and buy it only in the Kaufhof, with this fragrance, memories are connected that I like to think back ... People used to say in the Kaufhof, clever customers buy, in the Kaufhof there is everything under one roof .... times have changed .... but I still have the saying from back then .... at that time the Kaufhof was still something very special, today it is only a department store, but one of the last that still exists in Germany .... In Aachen I bought shaving water in the Kaufhof gallery ..... Opening times in Aachen: Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Beautiful department store with a large assortment of many designer clothes. The restaurant was open but the choice was not that special, no sandwiches, only hot food. Toilet lady was not really friendly or cheerful.

Rude staff! When I asked if there was only one cash register on the ground floor, I got a laughing answer from an employee. Then I told him that there was no distance. He just said that there was nothing he could do about it. The regulatory office should stop by. There were exactly three on the ground floor! Cash register open! The store is huge with 5 floors and there are only 3 cash registers! The queues at the cash registers were incredibly long and the cashiers took their time. I'm really not surprised that so many branches are being closed. There is no customer friendliness there!

I bought a beautiful crockery and cutlery set from here. Jacqueline Rost was my advisor and really helped me to get exactly what I wanted and needed for my new dining table. She’s super sweet and highly professional and searched the stockroom up and down to make sure I was able to get the compete set I wanted. Thank you so much!

Great variety of shops

One of the biggest malls here in Aachen with plenty of options within the store to choose from. Great place for shopping,.There are always some articles on huge discounts. In shop you can find anything from watches, parfumes, jewlery, clothes, bags, shoes, toys. One stop shop for all the needs. The staff in general are very friendly. There is also a tasting bar in the spirits section in the ground floor. There is aswell a restaurant on the second floor where you can quickly grab some food.

Plenty to shop for. Paid parking nearby.

I was buy lotion estee lauder. At galeria one old lady work at Galeria karstadt speak so bad... I don't understand what she try to say to me but with the actions I was disappointed . And I ask her can you speak English?.... She keep continue speak German ... So ...why she so aggressive

It considers the biggest in Aachen. However, it is not a big as the ones in Munich. So expect loads of variety over here. Still they do have good collections of most of the things Not sure if they do have restaurant here. I haven’t seen it or maybe i missed it.
